(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the personal information of its users and complies with the relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company does not collect direct identification information such as names or phone numbers. Only information generated through external platform integration and the service usage process is processed.
External Platform Integration (Required): Unique user identifier (ID) and nickname provided by external services (Google, Apple, etc.).
Automatically Generated/Collected During Service Use: Device information (model name, OS version), access logs, IP address, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA).
Upon Payment: Payment confirmation information received from payment service providers (the Company does not retain direct payment method information).
The Company uses collected information solely for the following purposes:
User Identification and Service Management: Identifying service users through linked login, sanctioning abusive users, and preventing fraudulent use of the service.
Service Provision and Settlement: Providing game content, fulfilling paid payment services, and processing settlements.
Marketing and Advertising: Providing personalized content recommendations and targeted online advertisements for each user.
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. However, if retention is required under relevant laws and regulations, the information is retained for the following periods:
Records Related to Labeling/Advertising: 6 months (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Records of Contracts, Withdrawal of Subscription, Payment, and Supply of Goods: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Access Logs and Communication Fact Verification Data: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act).
Destruction Procedure: Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed in accordance with internal policies.
Destruction Method: Information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being reproduced.
Users may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information held by the Company at any time.
Account deletion is available through the in-game settings menu. Instructions for unlinking from connected external platforms (Google, Apple, etc.) are also provided.
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
Technical Measures: Managing access permissions to personal information processing systems, installing access control systems, and installing and updating security programs.
Administrative Measures: Establishing and implementing internal management plans, and conducting regular employee training.
The Company may collect advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) to provide personalized advertisements within the mobile app. Users can block this through their device settings.
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track (OFF).
